Nothing inspires me more than Fashion Week! I mean I love everything about it from the new threads going down the runway, flooded timelines, constant updates, and more. Instagram gives you an open eye of fashion immediately with instant post from your favorite bloggers, celebs, buyers, and designers of course.

As a fashion stylist, these updates gives me a step ahead for looks for me new and old clients. Sometimes you don’t have to buy a total outfit, instead you can mix it up by switching tops or bottoms and even a pair of shoes. Looking out for style inspiration can save you tons of bucks and spruce up your closet all at once. Now enough chatter for now, I’m missing shows. Stride in style!

Gucci Whirlwind

Sequin-wearing romantic rocking hipster is the best way to describe the tone of the 2015 Gucci woman. The show was amazingly creative without being out of bounce and overwhelming. Military jackets has made the Spring lineup along with flowing dresses landing just  above the knee. Frida took a few steps back into Gucci’s past and rebirth the fashion world with suede and leather. Sequin-trimmed dresses to shake up the seriousness, python boots, denim culottes…threads of the most fabulous hipster lady you could possibly imagine. Although the photos are beautiful, this is one collection the one must see in motion.

Been Around the World…

I’ve been around the world without lifting a finger… well maybe two. Thanks to Style.com, I’ve found myself on an adventure. I’m still stuck in New York trying to unglue myself from Fashion Week while sticking my toes in the fashion pond in Milan. I mean what’s a girl to do when you have such exposure to the runway without the hassle of flights and baggage fees?

I’ve finally found the time to go on and on about my favorites and all the good coming to Spring. Sheesh there’s so many but you have time right? There is always time for fashion especially when it gives you the opportunity to be what they call fashion forward. The only time being forward is exceptable. Today J. Crew is on my morning menu and let me tell you darlings it is yummy. My most favorite (only) collection from them so far. Describe the collection in one word? Breezy. This collection was constructed for the woman with few cares in the world, at least when it comes to her style. Relaxed wear that still manages to be chic. Effortless style.

The fashion (Ad)dict

It’s the ads that gets me revved up for fashion and it’s ready-to-wear collections and even more excited about the upcoming Fashion Week exposing all new threads to come.

Fashion Week is the closet we’ll get to predicting our future and sometimes that even falls short. I’m so excited to see what Spring 2015 has to offer but I’m amazed but the intensity of the Fall/Winter collections.

From the tough side of Moschino to the masculinity of Escada, the bejeweled goddess of Alexander McQueen and all the other finer threads.

Fashion ads has to be something that is a bit old fashioned but definitely here to stay. Could you image your favorite magazine without ads from your favorite designer? Yep, me neither. Advertisement has grown like no other but something’s thing are perfect being the same.

Here’s a few of my favorite ads.
